KOZAKLI

The ancient name for Kozakli, which is situated approximately 100 Km to the north of Nevsehir, was Hamamorta. Many tumuli around Kozakli are from the period of the Roman Empire and as such they are quite significant in terms of Nevsehir's archeology.

Kozakli thermal baths, which are important in terms of health tourism, are classified as A and C Group medicinal and healing baths with sodium, calcium and chloride according to the classification of West German Thermal Baths Association.

It has been observed at Kozakli Baths that results can be achieved in the treatment of non-inflammatory rheumatic diseases, calcifications, skin disorders, bone, joint and muscle diseases, chronic inflamed women's diseases, arteriosclerosis and fungal diseases. At Kanlica District that is at a distance of 7 km to Kozakli, there are also underground settlements that are frequently encountered in the region of Nevsehir.
